Listing to Close we will manage the details, deadlines, documents, and compliance ensuring we have all required items for a successful close. This will give you more time to generate leads, network, and focus on what matters most to you.

We do not have a contract; we are a per file-based company.

We will communicate and coordinate on your behalf- but you will always be kept in the loop via email CC.

Yes! We can take over at any point in the file. This happens often and we discuss the process moving forward.

We are based in Las Vegas, NV.

The Transaction Coordinator has similar hours to the escrow company. Our hours are Monday- Friday 7am - 4pm.

Additional fees apply on the weekends if needed based on importance and at the discretion of the transaction coordinators availability.

Our fees are collected at close of escrow via escrow company or by separate payment from the agent within 2 business days after successful close by Venmo or Zelle.

Invoices will be provided.

No we do not. If you would like to stop using the services, we ask that you finish out the files that have been started and or are currently working on.

We do not keep file records after closing.

Before closing we upload all of your broker required documents into the system that your broker uses for safe keeping.
